Nav Sooch, Chairman

Mr. Sooch co-founded Silicon Labs in August 1996 and has served as Chairman of the Board since the company's inception. From 2011 to 2018, he served as the CEO of Ketra, a private solid-state lighting company. Mr. Sooch served as Chief Executive Officer from Silicon Labs’ inception through the end of fiscal 2003 and served as interim Chief Executive Officer from April 2005 to September 2005. From 1985 until founding Silicon Labs, Mr. Sooch held various positions at Crystal Semiconductor/Cirrus Logic, a designer and manufacturer of integrated circuits, including Vice President of Engineering, as well as Product Planning Manager of Strategic Marketing and Design Engineer. From May 1982 to March 1985, Mr. Sooch was a Design Engineer with AT&T Bell Labs. Mr. Sooch holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Dearborn and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Tyson Tuttle, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tuttle serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Labs. He served as Silicon Labs’ Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President from May 2011 to April 2012, Chief Technical Officer from 2010 to 2011, and Vice President and General Manager of Broadcast products from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Tuttle joined Silicon Labs in 1997 as a senior design engineer working on the company’s first breakthrough product, which achieved market share leadership in PC modems and enabled the company to go public in 2000. Tyson subsequently led the marketing effort behind Silicon Labs’ first CMOS RF transceiver products for mobile handsets, spearheaded the development and market success of the company’s radio and TV tuner ICs, and served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer before being named CEO in 2012. Under Tyson’s leadership, Silicon Labs has received recognition for its strong company culture and vision to successfully develop technologies which improve lives and transform industries. He spearheaded the company’s focus on the Internet of Things (IoT), leveraging its wireless and integration expertise become to one of the industry’s most respected IoT market leaders. Tyson has more than 25 years of semiconductor experience with industry leaders like Broadcom and Cirrus Logic / Crystal Semiconductor and holds more than 70 patents in RF and mixed-signal IC design. Mr. Tuttle has been granted over 70 patents covering many fundamental semiconductor inventions including key aspects of wireless communications. He serves on the boards of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA), Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) and the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Tuttle holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Bill Bock

Mr. Bock initially joined Silicon Labs' board of directors in 2000 and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee until he joined the management team and was appointed CFO in 2006. He was re-appointed to the board of directors in mid-2011. Mr. Bock stepped down from Silicon Labs employment at the end of 2011, returning as interim CFO in early 2013 and was then appointed President in mid-2013. Mr. Bock subsequently retired from the management team again in early 2016. Mr. Bock brings more than 40 years of experience spanning finance, operations and sales. From 2001 to 2006, he participated in the venture capital industry, principally as a partner with CenterPoint Ventures. Prior to his venture career, Mr. Bock held senior executive positions with three venture-backed companies, Dazel Corporation, Tivoli Systems and Convex Computer Corporation. He began his career with Texas Instruments. Mr. Bock currently serves as Chairman of the Board of SailPoint Technologies Holding Inc. (NYSE: SAIL) and as a Board Director of SolarWinds Corporation (NYSE: SWI). He also currently serves on the Board of Tasktop, a private technology company. Mr. Bock holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University and an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jack R. Lazar

Mr. Lazar has served as a Director of Silicon Labs since 2013. Since March 2016, Mr. Lazar has been an independent business consultant. He served as GoPro's Chief Financial Officer from 2014 through early 2016. During 2013, he was an independent business and financial consultant. Prior to that, Mr. Lazar was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Manager of Qualcomm Atheros, following the acquisition of Atheros by Qualcomm in 2011. Mr. Lazar joined Atheros, a publicly traded provider of communications semiconductor solutions, in 2003 and served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Secretary. Prior to Atheros, he also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NetRatings, Chief Financial Officer of Apptitude and held various executive positions at Electronics for Imaging. He started his career at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Lazar serves on the board of directors of Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX), a semiconductor company, Resideo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: REZI), a provider of comfort with security solutions, Casper Sleep, Inc. (NYSE: CSPR), a provider of sleep-centric products to consumers, Tile, a smart locations company, and thredUP, a marketplace for secondhand clothing. Mr. Lazar is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds a B.S. in Commerce with an emphasis in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Gregg Lowe

Mr. Lowe has served as a Director of Silicon Labs since 2017. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Cree, a market-leading innovator of lighting-class LEDs, lighting products and Wolfspeed™ power and radio frequency (RF) semiconductors. Previously, Mr. Lowe served as President and CEO of Freescale Semiconductor from 2012 through 2015, when the company was acquired by NXP. Prior to joining Freescale, Mr. Lowe served as Senior Vice President of Analog at Texas Instruments, where he also directed TI's acquisition of National Semiconductor. Previously, he served in a variety of leadership positions during his tenure with TI, which began in 1984. Mr. Lowe currently serves on the boards of Cree (NASDAQ: CREE), The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and St. Edward’s High School in Lakewood, Ohio. Mr. Lowe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and graduated from the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. He is a recipient of the Rose-Hulman Institute's Career Achievement Award, honoring his community service and semiconductor industry accomplishments.

Nina Richardson

Ms. Richardson has served as a Director of Silicon Labs since 2016. Ms. Richardson is currently a Managing Director of Three Rivers Energy, an energy services company she co-founded in 2004. From 2013 through 2015, Ms. Richardson served as the Chief Operating Officer at GoPro. Previously, Ms. Richardson was an operations and management consultant for a diverse group of companies including Tesla Motors, Solaria and TouchTunes Interactive Networks. Ms. Richardson also held a variety of executive positions at Flextronics, including vice president of strategic accounts. Ms. Richardson’s early career included positions at Hughes Aircraft Ground Systems Group and Metcal. Ms. Richardson is also a board member of Resideo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: REZI), a global provider of comfort and security solutions; Exploramed NC7, Exploramed NC8 and Exploramed V, privately held companies in biomedical solutions; Mythic, a privately held edge computing analog device company; Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHU), a global provider of back-end semiconductor equipment and services; and Eargo, a privately held hearing device provider. Ms. Richardson is also currently an advisor to private company Zoox, an autonomous vehicle company. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.

Sumit Sadana

Mr. Sadana has served as a Director of Silicon Labs since 2015. He is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Micron Technology. Prior to this role, Mr. Sadana was the President of Sunrise Capital Management, a technology, M&A and financial consulting/advisory firm from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this role, Mr. Sadana served as SanDisk's Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager of Enterprise Solutions from 2015 to 2016, as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from 2012 to 2015, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Sadana was President of Sunrise Capital, a technology and financial consulting firm, from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Sadana was also Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Freescale Semiconductor from 2004 to 2008, as well as Freescale's Chief Technology Officer from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Sadana started his career at IBM Corporation where he held several hardware design, software development, operations, strategic planning, business development and general management roles. Mr. Sadana has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur (India) and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

William Wood

Mr. Wood has served as a Director of Silicon Labs since 1997 and as Lead Director since 2005. Since 2018, Mr. Wood has been a direct investor in early stage technology companies. Since 1996, Mr. Wood has also served as General Partner of various funds associated with Silverton Partners, a venture capital firm. From 1984 to 2003, Mr. Wood was a General Partner, and for certain funds created since 1996, a special limited partner, of various funds associated with Austin Ventures, a venture capital firm. Mr. Wood holds a B.A. in History from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Christy Wyatt

Ms. Wyatt became a Director of Silicon Labs in 2019. She is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Absolute Software Corporation, which specializes in self-healing endpoint security technology. From 2016 through 2018, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dtex Systems, a leading user behavior intelligence and insider threat detection company. Previously, Ms. Wyatt served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Good Technology Corporation, where she doubled annual revenue and increased international penetration prior to an acquisition by BlackBerry. Ms. Wyatt has held leadership positions at various high-tech and enterprise companies including Citigroup, Motorola Mobility, Apple, and Palm. She was named a “Top 50 Women Entrepreneur in America” by Inc. Magazine, “CEO of the Year” by Information Security Global Excellence Awards and a “Most Influential Women in Wireless” by Fierce Wireless. She is also a board member of Absolute Software Corporation (OTCMKTS: ALSWF) and Quotient Technology, Inc. (NYSE: QUOT).
