AUSTIN, Texas, Aug 16, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Silicon Laboratories Inc. (Nasdaq: SLAB) today announced the filing of a
patent infringement lawsuit against Airoha Technology Corporation, a
Taiwan-based IC maker, in the U.S. Federal District Court in Austin,
Texas.
The lawsuit alleges that Airoha has infringed two patents relating to
mixed-signal integrated circuits, specifically United States Patents No.
6,226,506 and No. 6,233,441 with, but not limited to, its FM receiver
products.

must vigorously pursue the defense of our intellectual property," said

permanent injunction against the infringing products."
