Nav Sooch

Chairman Navdeep S. Sooch co-founded Silicon Laboratories in August 1996 and served as Chief Executive Officer until 2003 and Chairman of the Board since our inception. From March 1985 until founding Silicon Laboratories, Mr. Sooch held various positions at Crystal Semiconductor/Cirrus Logic, a designer and manufacturer of integrated circuits, including Vice President of Engineering, Product Planning Manager of Strategic Marketing and Design Engineer. From May 1982 to March 1985, Mr. Sooch was a Design Engineer with AT&T Bell Labs. Mr. Sooch holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, Dearbonr and an M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Necip Sayiner

President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Sayiner joined Silicon Laboratories as President and CEO in September 2005. He was responsible for driving the diversification strategy that led the company to transform its business to become a broad-based highly-profitable enterprise. His discipline around new product development has resulted in several years of record new product introductions and better than industry growth rates. Prior to joining Silicon Laboratories, Dr. Sayiner was vice president and general manager of the enterprise and networking division at Agere Systems. He also served as the vice president and general manager of the networking IC division and held several senior design management roles in the storage division. Dr. Sayiner holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and physics from Bosphorus University in Turkey. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University and a doctorate in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dave Welland

Silicon Laboratories Fellow Mr. Welland co-founded Silicon Laboratories in August 1996 and served as Vice President and director since the company's inception. From November 1991 until founding Silicon Laboratories, Mr. Welland held various positions at Crystal Semiconductor/Cirrus Logic, including Senior Design Engineer. William Bock

|
Elected 2000 William (Bill) Bock retired from Silicon Labs management team in 2011 after serving for five years Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Bill previously served on the Silicon Laboratories' Board of Directors following the IPO before joining the management team. Prior to joining Silicon Laboratories, Bill was a partner at venture capital firms CenterPoint Ventures and Verity Ventures. From 1997 to 1999, Bill served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DAZEL Corporation, a provider of electronic information delivery systems. After DAZEL's acquisition by Hewlett-Packard, Bill then served as Vice President for HP until 2001. Bill served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tivoli Systems, a client server software company, which he helped take public in 1995, and was later acquired by IBM in 1996. Prior to joining Tivoli, Bill successfully completed an IPO at Convex Computer Corporation as CFO in 1986, and then became the Senior Vice President of Sales in 1991. Prior to Convex, Bill spent nine years in various finance roles at Texas Instruments including the Vice President and Controller of the Data Systems Group. Bill holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University and a master's degree in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Cash currently serves on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: i2 Technologies, a provider of intelligent e-business and marketplace solutions; Ciena Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of dense wavelength division multiplexing systems for fiber optic networks; Argonaut Group Inc., a specialty insurance company; First Acceptance Corp, a provider of low-cost auto insurance; and Staktek, Inc., a semiconductor assembly company. Mr. Cash holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and a M.B.A. from Western Michigan University.

Robert Ted Enloe III

Mr. Enloe is currently the president and chief executive officer of Optisoft, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent traffic signal platforms. Mr. Enloe formerly served as vice chairman and member of the office of chief executive of Compaq Computer Corporation. He also served as president of Lomas Financial Corporation and Liberté Investors for more than 15 years. Mr. Enloe is currently a director of Leggett & Platt, Inc. and previously served as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Mr. Enloe serves on the Board of Directors of Live Nation, the world's leading live entertainment company. Mr. Enloe holds a B.S. in engineering from Louisiana Polytechnic University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University.

Kris Onken

Ms. Onken recently retired as CFO from Logitech, a multi-billion dollar maker of electronics peripherals. Ms. Onken's 35 year career includes senior finance roles at Fujitsu PC and Sun Microsystems. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Singapore-based Biosensors International. Ms. Onken's experience managing financial and administrative functions at large multi-national companies and her background in corporate governance and Board committee leadership make her an ideal fit for Silicon Laboratories' Board of Directors.

Larry G Walker PhD

Mr. Walker's 25-year history in the high-tech industry began at Hewlett Packard where he rose from IC designer to the manager of a design group working on a CMOS chip design for handheld computers. At Hewlett Packard, Mr. Walker was also part of the team researching the design of analog chips in CMOS. In 1981, Mr. Walker joined Digital Equipment Corporation where he served in several positions including vice president of manufacturing technology, vice president of network engineering and vice president and general manager of the network products business where he successfully drove revenue growth rates up to mid-double-digits. Mr. Walker co-founded and served as chief executive officer of C-Port Corporation, a pioneer in the network processor industry, which was acquired by Motorola for $430 million in 2000. Following the acquisition, he served as vice president of strategy for Motorola's Network and Computing Systems Group and then vice president and general manager of the Network and Computing Systems Group until 2002. Mr. Walker has been awarded five patents and has been published in numerous industry publications. He also serves as a director of McData Corporation, Propagate Networks, Massachusetts Telecommunications Council and Hopkins School (Connecticut). Mr. Walker received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University, and he received a master's degree in electrical engineering and a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

William Wood

Mr. Wood has served as a director of Silicon Laboratories since March 1997. Since 1984, Mr. Wood has been a general partner, and for certain funds created since 1996, a special limited partner, of various funds associated with Austin Ventures, a venture capital firm. Since 1996, Mr. Wood has also served as general partner of Silverton Partners, an investment firm. Mr. Wood holds a B.A. in history from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
